House Rules

We are smoking free. Smoking is not allowed inside the entire house.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are allowed. This needs under the exclusive booking. Chef can be arranged by guests or lodge. Any details please contact us.
Credit card needs to be collected by the lodge when make bookings. Lodge has the right to deduct the cost for any damages occurred by guests during the stay.
No laud music inside the house. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Healthy and Safety

First Aid provided at the lodge. Contact us for help when needed.
Fire distinguish by the kitchen and car-port - right outside of the main entrance.
Candle inside the bathroom, needs to be managed by safety manner. Make sure around the candle, heat resistance contacted and no fire items close by.

Covide-19

Free cancellation by government lockdown. if you have booking with the voucher, your booking will be extended by 12 months with renew booking. Condition will remain the same unless the circumstance changed.
Scan the Tracking App when you check-in.
If you don't feel well, please contact Taupo local Clinic and inform the lodge staff.
Apply with the rules if needed, such as waring mask, social distance.
